Shipping made simple

We currently ship to U.S. addresses available at checkout.

U.S. shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more before tax. Orders below $50 ship for a flat $4.99. Your shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during peak periods or holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

After dispatch, most orders are estimated to arrive within 10–15 business days. Some items ship from international fulfillment locations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or severe weather. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages when products ship from different fulfillment locations.

Tracking information is emailed once each shipment leaves the fulfillment center. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information and carrier updates to appear after dispatch.

If an estimated delivery window has passed or your tracking has stopped updating, email support@tailandtarmac.com with your order number so we can investigate. If we learn that we cannot meet the expected shipment timing, we will contact you about the delay and available options.

For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
