U.S. shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more before tax. Orders below $50 ship for a flat $4.99. Your shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

After dispatch, most orders are estimated to arrive within 10–15 business days. Some items ship from international fulfillment locations. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages when products ship from different fulfillment locations.

Returns & support

Tail & Tarmac accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

For approved change-of-mind returns requested during days 1–15 after delivery, Tail & Tarmac covers return shipping. For approved change-of-mind returns requested during days 16–30, the customer covers return shipping.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us so we can resolve the issue at no return-shipping cost to you.
