Size & Fit

Recommended pet size: Designed for small dogs. Choose by body measurements and allow room to sit and turn comfortably.
Fit: Measure your dog’s sitting height, back length, and chest before ordering. Your dog should be able to sit and turn comfortably.

Do not leave your dog unattended inside the carrier. This carrier is not crash-tested and should be secured separately while the vehicle is moving.

Shipping & delivery

U.S. shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more before tax. Orders below $50 ship for a flat $4.99. Your shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during peak periods or holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

After dispatch, most orders are estimated to arrive within 10–15 business days. Some items ship from international fulfillment locations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or severe weather. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages when products ship from different fulfillment locations.

Tracking information is emailed once each shipment leaves the fulfillment center. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information and carrier updates to appear after dispatch.

Returns & support

Tail & Tarmac accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

For approved change-of-mind returns requested during days 1–15 after delivery, Tail & Tarmac covers return shipping. For approved change-of-mind returns requested during days 16–30, the customer covers return shipping.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us so we can resolve the issue at no return-shipping cost to you.
